General terms and conditions for renting accommodation from our offer

1. Scope

These general terms and conditions apply to all bookings and overnight stays made via our website or messenger services in one of the accommodations. By booking, guests agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Conclusion of contract

The contract between host and guest is concluded when the booking is confirmed or a deposit is accepted by the host. An online booking is confirmed by me within 24 hours after the request. If a booking is not confirmed, the contract is deemed not to have been concluded.

3. Price and payment

The price for the overnight stay is described on the website platform or by email or messenger services and includes all ancillary costs such as electricity, water and heating. Full payment or at least a deposit must be made at the time of booking via our website. The payment terms and methods of our website or invoices sent apply.

4. Arrival and departure

Check-in is from 2:00 pm and check-out must take place by 12:00 noon on the day of departure. If the guest wishes to depart later, this must be agreed with me in advance and additional costs may apply.

5. Use of the accommodation

The guest undertakes to treat the accommodation, furniture and inventory with care. Smoking in the accommodation, bringing pets unless otherwise agreed, or using the accommodation for commercial purposes is prohibited.

6. Liability

The host is not liable for damage caused by the guest or their companions to the accommodation or to third parties. The guest is liable for all damage caused by them or their companions. Liability insurance is recommended.

7. Cancellation and refund

Cancellations are possible in accordance with the cancellation policy or by agreement with us. In the event of cancellation, the refund policies set by us apply. It is recommended to check the cancellation conditions carefully before booking.

8. Guest behavior

Guests are obliged to behave respectfully towards neighbors and other people in the building. Noise disturbances and other nuisances must be avoided. In the event of repeated complaints, the host may terminate the rental relationship without notice.

9. Safety precautions

The guest undertakes to observe all safety precautions, including the use of smoke detectors and compliance with fire safety regulations. The host assumes no liability for accidents or damage resulting from failure to observe safety precautions.

10. Data protection

The host undertakes to protect the guest's personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and to use it only in connection with the booking and use of the accommodation.

11. Final provisions

If individual provisions of these terms and conditions are invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected. Changes to the terms and conditions require the written consent of the host. Austrian law applies.
