House rules
1. Travel document
A travel document must be presented after arrival.
2. Check-in and check-out
- Check-in: from 3:00 pm
- Check-out: by 10:00 am
- Please inform us if you plan an earlier arrival or later departure.
3. Additional costs
After arrival, every guest is required, without exception, to pay any outstanding fees such as tourism taxes of EUR 2.50 etc.
4. Smoking
- Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the house.
- Smoking areas are located in the garden.
5. Pets
Pets are allowed for a fee. (EUR 10 per pet/night)
6. Quiet hours
Please respect quiet hours from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am.
7. Cleanliness
- Please keep the premises clean and tidy.
- Waste separation is requested.
8. Kitchen
The kitchen is available for your use. Please clean all appliances and utensils after use.
9. Damage and loss
- Please report any damage or loss to us immediately.
- Damage caused by improper use may be charged.
10. Visitors
Visitors are permitted, but they may not stay overnight.
11. Security
Please close all doors and windows when leaving the house.

In case of emergency, please contact immediately +43 676 926 2205.
